What is MapVivo Mobile?

It's the easiest way to share your travel experiences with friends as they happen, and the best way to discover new amazing places around you.

MapVivo Mobile has 2 main uses:

  • Create a travel journal as you go, upload it to your mapvivo.com account to share with friends. Just take photos, describe precious moments, and with a click of a button your journal is online and up to date.
  • See interesting places nearby when you travel. An interactive map will show you what's worth visiting in your immediate vicinity and also a bit further away. Discover great places whenever you are!

How to install

  1. Download the .sis file to your computer
  2. Run Nokia PC Suite on your desktop computer
  3. Look for the “Install software” option and select the downloaded SIS file. The installation process will start.
  4. Alternatively you can use IRDA or Bluetooth to transfer the .sis file to your phone and then launch it to start the installation process.

Mapvivo Mobile runs smoothly on Symbian S60 phones. Here's a list of the phones we've tested the application on.

Nokia 5320, Nokia E75, Nokia E55, Nokia E63, Nokia E66, Nokia E71, Nokia E71x, Nokia E72, Nokia N78 ,Nokia N79, Nokia N82, Nokia N85, Nokia N86 8MP, Nokia N95, Nokia N95 8GB, Nokia N96 , Nokia 6220classic, Nokia 6270 classic, Nokia 6210s, Nokia 5530 , Nokia 5800, Nokia N97.

If your phone is not on the list and you know that it runs Symbian, then MapVivo Mobile will most probably also work just fine.
